Need a creamy egg salad with crunch?
There are many different ways to make egg salad on. I like when it is creamy of mayonnaise and sour cream. In addition, there must be something crunchy like for example carrot or celery. The salted capers provide a salty and acidic flavor. If you do not have them you can try with vinegar and salt. Egg salad tastes good without the salted capers.
What you’ll need:
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
1 tablespoon sour cream.
2 teaspoons curry powder.
1 large or 2 small carrots.
1 tablespoon salted capers.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder in a bowl.
Chop the carrot, capers and onion finely and mix with the creamy dressing.
Cut the eggs in larger pieces and put into the bowl.
